The Malawi Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists (MAMLS) proudly collaborates with national, regional, and international organizations dedicated to advancing laboratory medicine and public health.

The International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine
The IFCC is a worldwide umbrella organization in the field of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine. It brings together over 100 National Societies and Affiliates from 90 countries and 6 Regional Federations, as well as 46 Corporate Members. IFCC is a leading scientific organization specializing in the area of laboratory test standardization and offering educational programs and scientific conferences for clinical laboratory specialists and trainees worldwide. MAMLS become the 90th country to have Full Membership of the IFCC in 2015.

MAMLS become a full member of the AFCC in 2015. Only one Society/ Association from each AFCC regions/area on the African continent can become a full member of the AFCC and preference is given to societies/ Associations that are involved in the practice of Clinical Chemistry.
